TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All prices on quotations and invoices:
- are aircraft specific and is thus subject to aircraft serviceability and availability;
- is subject to industry and related fuel price fluctuations.
Bush Bird Aviation accepts no responsibility for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, mechanical breakdowns, diversions, or cancellations due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control or any reason, which may affect the safety of the aircraft and passengers.
Should there be any enroute changes or delays as a result of compliance with the requirements of international law or national legislation or subordinate legislation; you or your passengers changed requirements, unserviceability of the aircraft beyond our reasonable control; safety of the aircraft; safety of the aircraft’s crew; and/or safety of you or your passengers, any additional costs arising from such changes and/or delays (excluding the costs of repairing the aircraft, but including the costs of arranging an alternative aircraft) shall become payable by you in addition to the quoted price.
The latest and/or earliest departure time from any destination is subject to the pilot’s discretion.
Payment is required prior to departure by direct bank transfer or approved card via our Point of sale device / Online Merchant with payment link.
Cancellation: Should the flight be cancelled subsequent to the acceptance of this quote; a cancellation fee will be payable as follows:
- 30 – 15 Days prior to flight date 25% cancellation fee
- 14 – 2 Days prior to flight date 50% cancellation fee
- 1 Day prior to flight date 100% cancellation fee
- No Show 100% cancellation fee
You hereby indemnify Bush Bird Aviation from any claim or damage which Bush Bird Aviation may suffer from the flight, other than claims or damage caused by Bush Bird Aviation own negligent or wilful misconduct.
Time is not of the essence and Bush Bird Aviation shall not be liable for any damages you and /or your passengers may suffer arising from delays due to compliance with the requirements of international law or national legislation or subordinate legislation; you or your passenger’s changed requirements; serviceability of the aircraft beyond Bush Bird Aviation reasonable control; safety of the aircraft; safety of the aircraft’s crew; and/or safety of you or your passengers.
